I need help understanding my MRI results.

"On the screening sagittal T2 of the cervical spine obatined for correct numbering of the veterbral bodies, there is evidence of descectomy and fusion at C5-6.

There is focal fatty marrow in vertebral body T4. There is multilevel mild degenreative disc disease of the throacic spine with anterior and posterior bulging of all discs between T3-T10. There is a Schmorl's node at T10-11 with disc in the superior endplate of T11 without marrow edema. The conus is seen at T12-L1."
