Hi,
While searching for info on pseudotumor cerebri I found this site. I'm in the middle of a dx workup but the team is leaning toward this as my diagnosis. These past 4 weeks have been more than just a little bit weird. I started out w/ what I thought would be a regular eye appointment-went in cause I was having some pain behind my eye & a little blurred vision. I've gone from being told it was Thyroid eye, to a CT wherein the concern was a tumor, to an MRI that showed fluid in optic nerve sheaths-bilateral w/ tortuosity, to a lumbar puncture yesterday where I was told my opening pressure was slightly elevated. I'm waiting now to get the official results from the doc & find out what the next step is. So far my care is being managed by an opthamologist, I'm guessing next step is to see a neurologist. Just want answers & to know what I have to do.
