neuropathy pain relief help

I have to say i am no pain wimp by any means, ive had chrohn's disease for 20 years, but this pain is the worst i have ever had to deal with. i currently take 900 mg of neurontin 3x/day , i have ultram i can take and i have lidocaine patches which are a real pain for me and dont offer much relief at all.. i just keep wondering if the only thing that will work for pain relief is a morphine drip!! would love any new ideas that may offer some relief

I'm sorry you seem to have fallen victim to this very frustrating type of pain :(. It makes us want to pull our hair out. :eek:
The good thing tho, is that there is plenty of information here, not to mention the wonderful support and understanding from others who know what you are going thru.
