Why women have more TOS, fibro & cie

I have recently read that progesterone increase the risks of mast cells degranulation. Maybe it's the cause ?

For TOS , I've read that part of the cause is due to women having a general narrower shoulder/upper body build than men. Just a smaller space for all the nerves & blood flow to travel thru. And any injury or trauma in the area can close down those spaces even more.

I found a PDF from 2003 with some info about it -don't have time to read thru all of it, but looked interesting.

Interesting.... I have a hormonal imbalance that causes sweats, general aches & such, almost like premature menopause-" perimenopausal ??????". I'm only 38 and missing periods intermittently. I know by confirmed by blood tests that I am low in one of them so I'm gonna look back at my medical notes to see which hormone is out of wrack.
