question
ok I have one doc telling me I have spinal lesions and another one telling me its nerve root sheath cysts. I am so confused how can the two be confused?
|
That is the question you need to ask both of your doctors!
|
Which two and what is their specialties? It's not unusual for 2 docs to come up with 2 diff DX.. If they are both to be believed then, I would get a 3rd opinion from an MS specialist Neuro.
|
Often the cysts are called Tavlov's cysts I think. Try Google.
|
the first thing i'd do is get clarification from the drs.
you might also think about getting a copy of the test results. that will tell you what the radiologist who was reading the test saw. sometimes it's helpful, sometimes not. worth a try to help YOU understand. |
Radioligist report???
What does the Radioligist report say?

Depending on their Specialties different Doctors will see different things. Generally they will find what they are looking for. Ask both of them for clarification.
