Hello and thank you for this forum.

 I was hurt at work more than two years ago. I was trying to grab a heavy object before it hit my feet. I did and that is when the problem started

I have a constant headache that starts in the base of my skull and never goes away. I have also has bouts of severe dizziness. I have chest pain and pain between my shoulder blades. My biggest complaint is that my left arm is weak and numb.

I drove a delivery truck and did a lot of lifting.

I have never gotten a definitive diagnosis or prognosis for my injury. I have had pt and shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum but still I have pain, numbness and weakness.

I mentioned to my chiro that I think I have TOS and he said he thinks I am borderline RSD.

I need the name of a doctor that specializes in TOS in the southwest PA, Pittsburgh PA area.

I went to see a nuero last week, he said that my pain is all in my head.

Thank you for all your help.

If there isn't anyone close in our Drs & PT sticky thread-
http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/thread135.html

Try asking around at some of the nearby Phys therapy places, they should have a good idea of the drs that send patients to them. Plus they may be more in the loop as to local drs and specialties.

An expert PT or multi skilled DC is can be very helpful,

Also, consider DOs with a background in OMT. I find OMT is more helpful than chiro. And when a chiro is being more helpful than average, they're doing soft tissue work, which is a little bit imo like they are rediscovering OMT, albeit a subset of it.

Good luck.
