It is reasonable to expect first check 30-60 days after the date of the decision, so since it wasn't Jan 1st, it could be either Feb 1st or Mar 1st. Retroactive benefits take about 60-90 days, so sometime in late February to early April.
Or not. Depends on specifics of your case and your claims representative. |
