Adult Disability form in mail today
 

Husband received Adult Dis Form along with a work form to list his jobs for last 15yrs. The last one, for work, will be easy as he has been employed for 24yrs with same employer.

Am I correct in understanding if he got the Adult Dis form, it is good news and he is at Stage 4 of the 5 step process?

The form looks very intimidating.....

Just regular process. Will be good because he had one job but just about everyone gets one if not everyone.

Just finished both reports. Took us all day, had to really think on how to answer. Major brain drain.

Oh and it says have 10days to return from date of letter. Date was 1/19 and we just got it yesterday. Took 5 days to get to us and now we have few days to get it backk..arrgh.
