neck and driving

I am not sure that this is a PCS issue or a disc problem or perhaps both. I noticed today on my drive home that I was really putting a strain on my neck and neck muscles when I didn't rest my head against the headrest. I have never noticed this and was just curious. The other piece of information, I have had a very bad day;headache, fogginess, trouble typing the words in the correct format, or recalling them at all.

I can't tell you whether the neck problems are PCS related or not, probably not...but I can relate to having a bad day.

I'm struggling with everything you described today.

Hope your day improves.

you know things aren't going well when the kids in your kindergarten class look at you and say, "you're having a tough day today."

My answer back,"Thank you, we all have them. Tomorrow is a new day."

I hope your day improved, and remember, "tomorrow is a new day"

The neck issue is very likely connected to the head issue. Especially since they are directly connected. Muscle spams in the upper neck can magnify PCS symptoms.

Glad to hear your kids are on your team. They can be very observant and empathetic.

My best to you.
