How can I have my signature show?

I designed a Signature. How do I "turn it on" as default?

You just need to "Save Signature" after you've added it into the box in your Edit Signature area in your User CP

There is Thread Display Options under Edit Options in the Control Panel.
You also need to make sure that you have checked "Show Signatures".

After making sure that is checked, one needs to "Save Changes" at the bottom of that page.

Visible Post Elements
You have the option to show or hide various elements of messages, which may be of use to users on slow internet connections, or who want to remove extraneous clutter from posts.
Show Signatures
Show Avatars
Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code)
After you've done all that, make a post and it should show up.

Signatures have a size limit.... it will pop up a refusal if you go over that.

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 500 by 200 pixels or 24.4 KB (whichever is smaller).
Graphics mostly are affected. It takes alot of text however to go over that limit.

You can alter photos in graphics programs and some free online
places. Just Google "free resizing photos". Places like Photobucket also do it free. You can resize in Paint in most Windows computers which is found under "accessories".

When you are done making your signature, make sure you hit the SAVE button. Preview will not save it. Unless you hit SAVE which is the left button down there, it will not show.

Maybe I just did the Preview not Save?
