Ortho-Bionomy
You can find additional information at*edit*
Orthobionomy is a gentle, non-invasive, clothes-on form of bodywork that is effective at reducing chronic and acute pain, increasing flexibility and relaxing the whole body. We work in a cooperative manner with clients to support the self-corrective tendencies of their proprioceptive sense, by engaging it with light compression/tension, movement, touch and re-education pieces. It is the client’s body that is the guide, as our overall guiding principle is to provide pain-relief WITHOUT causing pain and to always move into comfort. I have not worked with someone diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, but there is nothing to contraindicate the use of Ortho in this instance, in fact, it would most certainly be worth trying. You can find more information and a practitioner listing for your area at the above link. |
Well... I would have liked the link. I know when I was first on these forums I had my links deleted too. Even though they were totally legit and not spammy. Btw I've never seen that practice on other forums and I have visited quite a few!
@openroadortho, the trick I have used in the past is to come up with a somewhat unique search for google that puts the site at the top position and then people, search google for "blah blah". |
