Xray Abnormal?

What do you all think about my Xray? The green circle is my first thoracic rib. The bone above it is my 7th cervical rib. Been having problems all my life with the left side of my head, neck, shoulder. I suspect thoracic outlet syndrome, which I plan on going to the doc about soon. Thanks
