Dizzy quite a lot

I dont have a cold or flu and feel healthy. Doesnt matter when or what circumstances, when ever I blow my nose even slightly I get very very dizzy. I also get dizzy different times throughout the day. I take epitol 2x a day. I also have diabetes. Take metformin and onglyza. This has gone on for years, and neurologist doesnt seem to be concerned. Should I be?
Does anyone have any home remedies? Dont have insurance, and only go to the general practicioner 2x a year so she will continue giving me samples. HAvent had a seizure in over 3 years. Thanks for your help.
