paraspinal muscles?

does anyone have really tight c-spine paraspinal muscles? mine arent spasming but they feel like theyre about to all the time in my c-5,c6 (?) area especially. when i touch my spine there it tightens up

i'm wondering if theres anything conservative to do about this.

i know i can massage them away but im sure theyll just come back
