Thursday up and at 'em!
 

Morning gals (and guys if you are out there).
Well, because of the old addage feed a cold, starve a fever, I gained 1.5 pounds back. But I am hoping to get that off as soon as I start walking again.
Unfortunately all the things that help a cold, OJ (110 calories) for example add up, therefore I have gained this week. Well once this cold is over, I can get back to normal.
How are you all doing with your "D"?

I must have clicked the wrong thing for mine didn't show up. I am glad. Good Morning Wendy and all that follow. As usual, I am slow at getting started today. I am going to clean the house for a change. I run to much.

Its colder once again. Only suppose to get up to 67 today. Just right for working. LOL I'll check back in later today......

Our temp is supposed to be near that too in oregon.
but sure is chilly this morning.
finally got all new insides for my computer, it totally quit yesterday morning.
all put back together now and working great!

still need to get a lot of stuff set back up - pretty much from scratch.
oh well.

Good afternoon all. I think my eating plan is gone. As usual I have slipped off. Still sitting with my poor little doggie Zoe. She got a shot for her infected tonsils and allergy meds yeaterday afternoon. She just wants to be held, so I here I sit. It is cooler here but due to pollen and now MY nose is stopping up along with Zoes's I am trying to stay in more. Froggie

False alarm. That was the sherriffs with a supenea for court with my husband.

Jo, I know you had to be busy with all the computer work. Glad your getting it straight.

I know what you mean about allergies. They say they are bad this year in the Southeast as it's been so dry. We need someone to do a rain dance. :D
