Anyone else find their head pain syrocket if you have a chronic cough?

Syrocket. Yeah.

Getting over a cold, I'm trying to get rid of the phlem, but it isn't happeneing much. Worst coughing of my life. Can't even cough sometimes- just wheezing.

When a cough hits, I suppose it messes w/the head- and it has been happenning for quite a while.

Was taking medicine (now I need a acetominophen for this pain) and drinking lots of water, but just wondering if anyone else has had to deal w/this.

Thanks for your understanding.

Got one myself right now, have noticed that coughing and sneezing seems to normally make the head move quite a lot. I'm nervous about this and so am coughing in a sort of 'stunted' way trying to minimise the amount of movement/jolting. I'm thinking this is making the cough less effective and less phlegm is coming up.

But no, it hasn't made my head pain 'skyrocket'. My commiserations!

Sorry to hear you're going through this.

The pain was ridiculous. Can't cough today. Gotta try something besides time to accelerate ths healing: Nuerofeedback or NCR. I'm trying to determine what God wants.

I've been patient for many months since the last time I tried something (accupuncture). We'll see.

Thanks for the reply.
