glue all over c-spine t-spine

does anyone else feel this? is it just tight muscles? i swear it feels like glue/scarring??

the foam roller doesnt really help and i cant exactly do it for my c-spine

stretching a little but of course as soon as i sit again it comes back

I can't say I have that. Maybe it's just muscle tension since the stretching helps temporarily? Maybe it's an EDS thing?

Sorry.

I was wondering the same thing, if it is a EDS thing...
I don't know if EDS would produce scarring or excessive stickiness of the fascia.

Have you located any specialists on EDS?
Maybe email/contact a few and ask, can't hurt right?
and they might take an interest in your issues...and help you in some way.

yeah i need to find a specialist

i went to a geneticist and they just tell you whats wrong with you, maybe ill post on an eds forum.

i do think its tension because when i od'd on magnesium it went away. i hope its nto some weird eds/fibro thing from my neck being jerked around.

i wonder if acupuncture/dry needling would help with it.

on the plus side, i can do all of these stretches now that i couldnt do before. including nerve glides. that mustve been the magnesium :confused:

before when i stretched my nerves would start shooting off or my muscles would burn really really bad
