adult function report do you take care of someone?
 
Hi I am getting ready to fill out my adult function report and it asks if you take care of anybody else. I take care of my daughter who is 2 but I have alot of help freinds relatives and I am worried this will hurt my case if they see that I can take care of a baby. Just worried if I dont get this disability I am screwed because I will never be able to work again.

It will. I read on another forum the Judges reply to a denial and stated just that. Patient is able to take care of kids and drive them to school. Even if you say you have help.

Sent but youll have to look for it under ALJ and maybe denials. Sorry but its time consuming for me to look for it. But its there

Just because you take care of your daughter (with a llot of help) will not diqualify you from SSDI. Make sure you mention, in detail, the help you receive to provide care for her.
Be as detailed and thorough in your responses as you can be. It's an important form and takes a lot of time to prepare if it's done correctly.
