Hello dear all !!!

I have a question.... Hoping that you could help me.

I have always suffered of water retention, so I was wondering if it is true that potassium pills help !?

Thanks a lot !! I hate this problem ! :(

I don't think so.

What can really cause fluid retention:

1) hormones
2) too much salt (sodium chloride)
3) eating too high a sugar/carbohydrate diet
4) drinking alcohol
