Im a new member, but I have had neuropathy of the feet for a fairly long time.
Condition is not much of a problem when I am walking and erect, but in bed or generally if I am horizontal my feet get very cold and numb and motor control is somewhat impaired. Also I think its one of the causes of nocturnal let cramps. Does anyone have an idea how to warm my feet, and maybe a thought about leg cramps solutions> |

Hello Peterpaull!
Welcome to NT!
You've found a wonderful place of support and understanding! You'll be amazed at the amount of knowledge and information there is over on the PN forum. Darlene gave you the shortcut link to get there. I certainly comprehend what you mean about the cold feet. I wear 2 pair of thick socks, even in July! This is no fun for us, that's for sure. You are not alone! Make yourself at home and feel free to post anywhere you'd like. You're sure to get good feedback. It's great to have you! Rae :grouphug: |
