Actually i woke up really early in morning, i got an early PT appointment, felt pretty tired after it, and had huge headache afterwards, took solarium and felt good, went out, it was like -3 outside, felt really good, im pretty brown now lol, aint gonna lie, im making another mistake now and im drinking badly, still feeling good now, prolly should be bad tommorow....

I would recommend you stop drinking immediately. Heavy drinking during PCS can lead to massive set backs even worse then the original injury...so I've read.

I know i know its just hard to ressist since it was my lifestyle, besides i feel good today, just an avarage hangover and it was a really big day for my sister....

That's great news!

But please, keep it in mind. I was reading an article yesterday that people with pcs are more prone to becoming alcoholics after their injury and that drinking even a little can really mess up our functioning levels afterwards.

Well i was an alcoholic before an injury and big time....so i was taking a lot that night, feeling good today...
