New Memeber

Hi I am a new member. I have epilepsy, bipolar disorder and migraines. I am a full-time student studying somatics, psychology, and dance. I like an interdisciplinary approach to learning. I have had a rough year in school. I was in the hospital twice but I completed all my work and now I am a senior! Just when I was about to give up I found Thomas Armstrong's book, The Power Of Neurodiversity. It inspired me to keep going even though I was miserable.

Hi Crimsontoad

Welcome to Neuro Talk. There are alot of good folks on this site. You will find some information and good support. Congratulations on how well you are doing in school. What kind of dance? There is a search bar up at the top of the page. If you type in the disorder you have, such as epelepesy, it will take you to the site where other people have that problem. Feel free to join in on any forum, and join in the conversations. I am glad you found NT. This has proved to be good for me over the last two years. Again welcome and make yourself at home. ginnie
