Hello

new here , have had depression and agraphobia since about 12 maybe all my life. Was always told to try harder or focus more. i am 40 , so when i was young mental health wasnt a topic in america.

I look back and see how many doctors just didnt care or didnt beleive me !

glad a found a wonderful doc 8 years ago , i havent gotten better but atleast i know why i am like this and that helps some

just wanted to say hi !!!!!!!!
