Hello
Hello everyone,
I am new to the board and would like to say Hello. I am 34 , just been diagnosed with Cadasil. Quite worried about what will happen next tbh. My mother died of cadasil ages 42 and guess I am not sure what to expect. Good news is I have been advised I would be eligible for PGD treatment and the defective gene can be removed . |
Hi Scottish-lass .. From one English-lass .. I don't know much about your condition but quickly look it up on google.
All I can say is it's amazing what medicine can do these days and I hope they are able to control your symptoms and allow you as active a life as anyone. It may mean lots of trips to hospital to change meds and so on, but I hope you keep in there. X |
Nice to meet you!!
scottish_lass,
