1. Be proactive...I'm my own best advocate.:cool: 2. Maintain an active lifestyle...I try.:) 3. Be aware of the psycho. issues that result from the physical ones...1 word =Prozac.;) 4. Have a team of specialists...Too costly.:eek: 5. Exercise for specific aspects of your disease, not just for fitness...Of course I do. 6. Think long-term...Never.:D 7. Have goals outside MS...Within reason.:rolleyes: |

and, i agree with sally too. i don't plan too far ahead. i prefer to deal with the here and now. it's easier to be in control and i'm not fearful of the future. |
