I'm new to this group. Question. Has anyone experienced vertigo
with cervical spine issues?

I don't know. Vertigo is often an inner ear problem.

There are many causes of vertigo. Here is a link with them:

Some vertigo can be centrally caused in the brain, and some from the middle ear. Some can come from the neck. A doctor should be consulted.

In the mean time, eat ginger: ale,cookies, bears (like candy). It's an old sailors trick.
