Need advice on spinal lesions, fibro, tarsel tunnal
 

Hi Folks, I'm kind of at my wits end. Need advice from someone who's foot prints are a head of mine. DX with fibro years ago. DX with spinal lesions 2008
DX with tarsel tunnel 2008 both feet. Had surgery on right foot 2011. The surgery did not work. The spinal lesions has cause neuropathy in both feet and muscle weakness in my left arm and leg after somewhat over doing it and muscle spasms all over. I am in horrible pain, pretty much off the day, I am taking tramadol x3 50 mg, I also had some meds for spasms that knock me out so I only take them only if I think I can't take the pain anymore. I have an app. coming up. What would be a med to ask for. I just want to find a happy medium.
