Severe tightening & tingling of scalp related to long thoracic nerve damage??

Just wondering if anyone has experience severe tightening and tingling of scalp and wondered if it could be related to long thoracic nerve damage which is also causing scapula winging. I would appreciate greatly anyone who has managed to get relief from the scalp tightening and tingling and how they achieved this result.
