Rls as a sympton of PN

I am a 65 year old vietnam vet, and have been dealing with rls for at least 10 years, and am currently on Mirapex, which helps. I have to wear support hose if I drive long distances or fly. I was exposed to Agent Orange in Vietnam, and now am learning that the RLS may be a symptom of PN. PN is considered a Presumptive disease by the VA, i.e. if you have PN and served in Vietnam, it is presumed that it is caused by Agent Orange. I am looking for information to connect the RLS to PN, so I may get the appropriate treatment from the VA and file a claim for the disability associated with it.
