Aromatherapy helps reduce headache, anxiety

Aromatherapy has been found helpful in reducing a number of symptoms including headache, migraine and anxiety.

Maybe this could complement traditional treatments and benefit people who suffer from PCS.

Lavender is supposed to relieve muscle tension and anxiety. For me it is just the opposite. It is so annoying that it increases both.

Some of us have hypersensitive olfactory systems.

If anyone is going to use essential oils, beware of the grossly over-priced oils sold in multi-level or network marketing organizations. They are often 2 to 3 times as expensive than quality oils sold at nutrition stores.
