a little good news in all of the bad

yesterday after going to my gp I found that a pt place right net door to the dr has a salt water pool that is in my budget to use to help out in absence of all treatments while i fight comp. and best part is it is 4 blocks away.

Have you inquired about the temp yet? You might experience sensitivity. It is the best form of exercise for RSD patients IMO, but cold water might be quite painful. Some of these things come as a surprise, unfortunately. Hopefully, it's heated well. Good luck!

That's great news. I hope that it works out for you and that it is heated.

I'm guessing that shod be ok. they said the will raise it in the summer. as they have other treatments being done in the pool they cannot have it to high but they also have a jacuzzi with is open to me as well(yaY) like my own personal spa(lol) thanks for the comment others whom don't know might learn from it. good on you:).. may your day be pain (LESS)
