Considering having cyst removed.. advice?

Ok i posted a few months back that i believe my chiari cyst in my upper back was causing more damage and i had the decompression done at 16, now 25.. my left side of my body is constantly 10 degrees cooler then the rest of my body i already suffer from numbness on my left side of my body from the cyst

doctors cant figure out why half my body is so much colder, numerous test blood flow and circulation are normal, has anyone else with chiari experienced this?

my doctor is jay chung from Atlantic neuro surgeons group he has advised me not to have the cyst removed due to it might cause so much damage i would be worse with it removed?

anyone else explain experiences after having it removed.. or a bad experience with my neuro?

chiari is at the base of your skull not in your upper back. it is not a cyst either but a syrinx is considered a cyst . do you have a syrinx too.. a 2nd opinon is always a must when dealing with ACM/SM
