[Foraminal Stenosis Definition

Foraminal Stenosisis the narrowing of the cervical disc space caused by enlargement of a joint (the uncinate process) in the spinal canal. The majority of symptoms with this type of cervical spinal stenosis are usually caused by one nerve root on one side.]

The way I read it, you've got a bit of a bulge in that one disc (L4-5) that isn't causing any appreciable/noticable problems at this time - it's not impinging on anything.

If you are in any pain/discomfort, physical therapy is, IMO, the way to go.
