coffee
I want to encourage MGers who don't drink coffee to try it. It seems to help my symptoms. It's not a miracle cure for MG and it won't take away all your symptoms, but it may give you a temporary boost. And as drugs go, it's relatively harmless.

I agree. Now that it's getting warmer, my coffee consumption has dropped. So whether it's the decreased coffee ...or the increased temperatures - I'm not for sure. But having a giant iced coffee sure seems to help!!

I love the coffee! It's funny, though, even if I drink it in the morning, my sleep is not as good. But I love it!

I've always loved coffee, & drank lots of it for yrs, usually 4-6 cups/day...questioned often 'bout it by concerned individuals, but boy I guess I did do better on it....my sleep has never been bothered by coffee & I'm a real grouch in the am 'til I've had my coffee...lol....'course nowadays I can't even walk well when I first get up....

Funny you should mention this. I have been relying on coffee at least 2 if not 3 times per day to give me a boost to get me through the day. I didn't know I had MG, just knew I wasn't gonna make it if I didn't have caffeine.
