I feel like a big MESS

I am back in the PTSD boat. All week I haven't been able to accomplish anything. Just staying in bed and sleeping and crying. I am so tired, yet I sleep okay.

I hate this. I have to do things today, which I am not happy about at all. But I have no choice.

Life sucks like this.
