Hi, I'm new.

I'm a little unsure what to say. I had spine surgery when I was 25. I have 2 titanium rods, 8 screws along with fusion from T2 to L2. I am now 33. I sometimes wonder how I will feel when I am in my 40s, 50s, 60s....

Sounds like the surgery you had has been beneficial. If you maintain a healthy lifestyle, maintain your weight (maybe even start on a anti inflammatory diet) and do not re-injure the area you could benefit from the surgery for years to come.

Exercise - any kind of exercise, even yoga and stretching helps to keep the muscles limber.

Good luck
