95 F in the Bay Area yesterday- heat headaches anyone?

Just wondering if anyone else has intense heat setting in-

in early May. :(

Just offering support. Hope your head pain, if any, is not affected too much.

I noticed mine spike a bit, but oddly (due to being around air conditioning at the moment of impact?), the AC makes it worse when indoors.

Thanks for reading-

Heat issues...yes.

I noticed today (not quite as hot as you had, but really humid). I too stay inside with the AC on. Today I was outside just sitting in the shade for only half an hour and ended up getting that"carsick" feeling, as well as a horrible headache. Is this normal? any tips on how to avoid? Kids have outdoor activities coming up...

I think mine gets worse with heat, too, but I also wonder if it's harder to stay well-hydrated in a hot environment. I notice I have a hard time keeping up with my water intake on days like that.

I'm in the SF Bay Area, too, and the heat has been something. I bascially like it warm, but the headaches do take some of the joy.

Imitrex-on-demand, and I also find a big iced pitcher of non-caffeinated tea (I like Japanese barley tea) is a big help.
