Conversion Syndrome

Looking for some additional information on Conversion Disorder. I have been recently diagnosed. I have had complete neurological breakdowns, can't speak, walk, think, remember. Had all tests and nothing physically wrong. I do also have small fiber neuropathy due to an autoimmune condition. Any resources or information would be appreciated.

I wonder?

People with autoimmune disease sometimes get Hashimoto's, which is an autoimmune thyroiditis:

This is called HE when it affects the brain, and some doctors don't have experience with it and diagnose it as something else.

It is something to look into.

I think the diagnosis of "conversion disorder" maybe given when doctors don't know what is going on with the patient.
