Doctor called with VNG test results

He said nothing wrong with inner ear workings everything seemed fine. But the Vision tracking part of test did poorly. Suggests to get brain mri and make sure they didn't miss anything with inner ear. If all comes back normal (which he thinks it will) to try vision therapy. Hopefully something will help with the vertigo. Anyone have good results with vision therapy for vertigo?
