Art?

I use to draw lots and be a artist would art help me? People been saying do puzzles etc help ur thinking I was thing about drawing ?

Art and drawing will be very good for you. Just do not try to over-analyze your work.

It can be a good way to connect with your kids at a slow pace. Discussing observations as you draw can be a great opportunity.
