Hi I'm new here I'm a 30 plus year old young lady who was rear ended in an Auto accident in march 2003 as a result I have torn muscles/ tendons in my lumbar , photophobia migraines , my life is excrusiating pain ,high anxiety which causes me to vomit every thing I eat I was diagnoses with scoliosis in feb of this year & carpal tunnel i wear a hand brace for support ,i had a phone hearing in July of 2010 I first applied for ssi sept 08" my lawyer thinks since I appealed in dec 2010 the judge for my new hearing won't give me backpay that far I would have never Accepted the phone hearing but I didn't have a choice this has been almost a 4 yr fight what are my chances of getting my backpay from 08 ? Thanks for any advice :)

I'm hoping someone here is in my similar situation I fought for 4 yrs but may not get all my ssi backpay anyone here gone to court yet ?Do they pay it in installments or all at once ? Can u buy anything u want such as a car ?
