when i feel the back of my neck

my c7 bump feels like a door knob. my c6 area is completely buried and my t1 is big but not as big as the c7 bump

is this normal? asking bc emory wont give me my EFFING XRAYS

Why won't they give xray copies to you?

I did have to pay $10 a page for copies of my MRI, I probably should have requested the copies at the time of the procedure, so it was all done at one time, instead of deciding to go weeks later and they had to look them up & copy them.

My 'hump" area was much more pronounced during the acute injury/spasms & pre-chiropractic care. I had a constant deep pain there for quite awhile due to work postures.

They just sent me a report saying its "normal" when I checked off xrays ....NOT report and that took two months. Im going to have to call
