Hi. I'm new here. My fiancee was diagnosed with an aneurysm as a child.
Don't know the specifics..only he wasn't allowed to play sports. Here recently
His headaches are getting worse and alot more frequent. Once a week
Now. When I attempt to discuss the issue he gets angry and defensive
He won't get a ct scan or mri. I love him more than words can describe. I do not
Want to lose him to a condition that can be treated. How can I convince him
to get medical assessment and or treatment without a huge fight? Im lost

Sorry to hear this. His denial may be a subconscious way of thinking if he doesn’t seek treatment nothing bad will happen. Other than education there may be little that you can do while he feels OK. If his next headache is severe consider calling an ambulance to take him to the hospital then and there. A rupture could lead to stroke, brain damage or worse. I wish you both the best.
