New member Hi everyone
Hello everyone, My name is Angie and I've been reading this site since February. I developed dysphagia and inability to swallow then, I've done lots of research and feel that my epsom salt baths did this. On pubmed it says that magnesium sulfate causes complete neuromuscular block and reduces acetylcholine. I also have hypothyroidism and take synthroid. Have had some neuropathy too. I've wondered if I've developed Myasthenia, not sure but still can't swallow solids just liquids. Magnesium can lower thyroid too so epsom salts did a double whammy. You need a little but moderation in everything. I have improved somewhat I could'nt swallow my saliva at first now I can. I appreciate all the information here. Thanks.
