My daughter sees Dr Donna Thomas at Upstate. She's a great doctor and has started inpatient ketamine infusions if you are interested.

In Rochester, I highly recommend the Pain Treatment Center at the Univ of Rochester Medical Center. They offer outpatient Ketamine and Lidocaine infusions, among many other treatments.
