yes, Dr Schwartzman told us it certainly could affect the optic nerve.

yes its called iritis, its the swelling of the eye or part of the eye. from what i know people whom have had it wind up legally blind( aside from the pain you might notice the iris changing share into like a star shape. I'm sure if you look it up you can find out more

I am sorry to hear about the rsd spreading to your sight. Your dr. is sending you to the appropriate dr. They can give you medication for the inflamation.

Hi
Thank you for your encouragement, at times I really need it. I am nervouse about my eyes and I have to wait until June 28 to see the specialist.

I hope you are doing well.

God bless,
Galway

When things go wrong with your eyes it is very scarry and I do not blame you for being nervous. Are you using anything right now? Do you have a regular optomologist that can see you and get you started on something asap?

Thank you for that info as I don't know many people RSD and don't belong to any support group until I just joint this one.

Again,
Thanks
