--and it is fairly comprehensive; though it seems when it came to research abstracts the authors seemd more concerned with diversity of authors than importance of the papers. (Only one Latov, one Holland, and one Vinik paper each, for instance--these people are major researchers in the area of autoimmune neuropathies, impaired glucose tolerance/skin biopsies, and diabetic neuropathies, respectively--and have published dozens of papers, many of which lead the field.)
