it just gets better
Well if dealing with tos is not bad enough, I just got brain and cervical mri report today. My neurologist sent me for mri yesterday for annually check of ms. I have multiple new chronic lesions. So now who knows what is tos or ms related. I will just have to take it day to day and see how it goes. My doc wants to change my ms meds, so I am hoping for the new pill instead of the injections.

I've read some of the MS symptoms on our MS forum, and a few make me think of TOS too. But it must happen to be where the lesions are located and what they affect....:grouphug:
To bad they can't tell you this x lesion will affect this area etc... |
I know what you mean. I was just shocked to hear that I had multiple new lesions. I have had ms for 7 years and this is first time I had any new lesions. The past few years they have all been inactive. I just wonder if the arterial portion of my tos is causing some complications to the ms.

Dr. Sam Ahn told me he suspects there is a some sort of relationship between vascular TOS and MS and is currently researching. Your Dr. may want to reach out to him to discuss.

I had mentioned it to her. I had read another report from a doc in South America who was trying to relate the two. At that time, she stated that she had not heard that. I will bring it up again.
