More context...?

My breathing sometimes becomes irregular and shallow, and I have to remind myself to slow it down and sink the breath into the belly.

This happenes to me maybe a couple of times a year. Lasts for a day, then "magically disappears"!

I can't tell if it's from bad air (happened 3 days ago with AQI = Unhealthy 101-150), COPD (was dx with this after surgeries, but I suspect they are seeing scar tissue from surgeries?), or muscle spasms in the intercostals, or Long Thoracic Nerve irritation.

From reading in this Forum, I may need to add Autonomic Neuropathy???

Lordy, my cup runneth over. :(
