my uncle is having brain surgery...
 

I was just curious, my uncle has a tumor (just discovered yesterday after he had to major seizures out of no where) on his frontal lobe.:eek: He'd never had any issues that he knew of before his 2 seizures.

They are going to do surgery tomorrow to try to remove it; I wish I had more details. My question to anyone who might know is what kind of changes to expect, if any?

He also more than likely sustained a concussion when he fell during one of his seizures and hit his head on the toilet tank, so i don 't know if that will affect his recovery?

Just figured I would find better answers here than trying to surf the net and freaking out about it.

I'm sorry that I don't have any helpful advise, I just wanted to send a big hugs and warm, positive thoughts your way for your uncle's speedy recovery.

No words of advice or information here either... Just wanted to let you know I'll say a prayer, and to send you and your family strength and support.

Thank you guys, for your support! His surgery was on Saturday, and he seems to be doing ok, despite the massive headache...so that is a good thing! They got all of it out, too, so now he is in ICU, hoping to go home soon.
